“A Truly Memorable Experience”
We recently had Chef Yves and his great sous-chef Sonia cook a special dinner for a group of 4 of us while in SMDA, to celebrate a couple of birthdays. We opted for the 5-course Classic French menu with a recommended dessert substitution (mussels, onion soup, filet mignon, assorted cheeses, and crepes suzette) and included chefs wine pairing. What a treat to the palate this was! The meal was superb, and the wine pairings were absolutely perfect for each of the courses we had. Yves and Sonia were both very friendly and entertaining, they definitely added to the ambience and enjoyment of the evening. They were also very receptive to our desires, serving us on the rooftop patio, running up and down several flights of stairs countless times throughout the evening! Our group all thoroughly enjoyed the evening and have no hesitation in recommending "Le Cochon qui Saute” for your in-home culinary experience, you definitely won’t be disappointed. We will certainly be dining with Chef Yves again in the future. Merci!

"I've ordered from Yves many times but last night was the first time I did "chef at home." It was fabulous. I tweaked the filet mignon menu to my taste, substituted salad (wonderful vinaigrette) for the French onion soup. The mussels were delicately flavored, the beef cooked a perfect medium rare, the chocolate mousse some of the best I've had and the roquefort on the cheese platter magnifique. Yves helped me find the perfect wine and took excellent care of us."

"We always order from Yves when we are in San Miguel. Our favorite things to get are the roast chicken, quiche, and the decadent cream of carrot soup. And don't forget the chocolate mousse! He is always punctual, and the food will not disappoint! Bon appetit!"
